§ 37.02 INTERFERENCE WITH EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT ACTIVITIES; PENALTY FOR VIOLATION.
   The following acts shall be unlawful:
   (A)   Failure to comply with lawful orders issued by authority of the city during a declared state of disaster, including but not limited to an evacuation order, curfew, or other order issued by the Mayor pursuant to the Tex. Gov't Code, § 418.108, controlling the movement of persons or the occupancy of premises within territory covered by disaster declaration; or
   (B)   Any act that endangers the lives, or obstructs, hinders, or delays the activities of authorized police, fire, or other emergency management personnel, city employees, or other authorized persons engaged in efforts to respond to or recover from a disaster, including persons working for or on behalf of the water, sewer, gas, electric, telephone, cable or other utility company.
