Trailer coaches are permitted in the area described in § 1725.05 provided they comply with all the rules, ordinances and regulations of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the city, and that they are equipped with adequate toilet and other sanitary facilities to serve the total number of persons accommodated therein, all in compliance with the rules and regulations of the city.
