(a) Trailer coaches are hereby permitted from April 1 through October in each year in all that tract of land situate in the 11th Ward of the city, hereinafter described as follows: bounded on the north by the Williamsport dykes; on the east by a north-south line 500 feet west of the Susquehanna State Park; on the south by the Susquehanna River; and on the west by a line extending from the westernmost point of such dyke south to the Susquehanna River at a point in the north side of such River, which point is 1,100 feet eastwardly along such north side from the point of intersection of the north side with the west city line.
(b) The above described property shall not be used as a transient trailer camp.
