Editor’s note:
Ord. 4938, passed 11-29-1978, approved an agreement between the city and the Williamsport-County Recreation Authority whereby the county assumed all duties and obligations in connection with recreation. Res. 3352, approved 8-30-1979, an agreement between the City and Williamsport Area School District whereby the City Recreation Commission assumed the administration and operation of the recreation program.
