(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Violation of any of the provisions of §§ 152.01 through 152.04 of this chapter shall constitute a Class 3 misdemeanor. Each day that the violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense.

(C) Any person who violates any provision of §§ 152.15 through 152.22 of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a Class 3 misdemeanor. Each day such violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as if each day was a separate violation.
