§ 152.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   CITY PROPERTY. Any property owned, leased or used under license or other authority by the city, but excluding city-owned “right-of-way”.
   PARKS AND RECREATION FACILITIES. Any property, building or equipment utilized primarily as a public park or for purposes of recreation or community services, and officially designated as such by the Mayor and Council.
   RIGHT-OF-WAY. Real property, owned by the city or for which the city has a right access or use, upon which transportation facilities and appurtenances thereto are constructed or maintained, and which lands are recorded as RIGHT-OF-WAY with the County Recorder.
   RODEO GROUNDS. The city-owned property located at 515 Rodeo Road, including the rodeo corral, barn, cook shack and all abutting property.
