§ 41.070 COUNTY PROCUREMENT RECORDS.
   (A)   Contract file. All determinations and other written records pertaining to the solicitation, award or performance of a contract shall be maintained for the county in a contract file to be determined by the County Executive, the Auditor and the County Clerk. The Highway Department contracts shall be maintained at the Highway Department.
   (B)   Retention of procurement records. All procurement records shall be retained and disposed of by the county in accordance with records retention guidelines and schedules approved by the State Local Records Commission.
