(A) The County Board hereby declares that any employee issued a county-owned cell phone shall use it primarily for business and any personal use must be limited to the agreed upon personal use tier contained in the Authorization for Personal Use of Will County-Owned Cell Phone Agreement, attached to Resolution 07-108, passed March 15, 2007.
(B) Any employee in receipt of or to receive a county-owned cell phone must read, complete and sign the attached Authorization for Personal Use of Will County Owned-Cell Phone Agreement.
(C) The employee shall be assessed a monthly charge for personal use. This monthly charge shall be deducted from the employee’s paycheck on the first and second payroll of the month.
