§ 35.04 MEDICAL CARE.

In county homes having an established medical staff, the medical staff shall be responsible for the medical care and attention of the inmates thereof, and no different or additional care shall be provided any inmate, except upon consultation with the chief of the medical staff and under his or her direction.
