(a) Whoever violates Section 662.11 is guilty of willful abandonment of a junk motor vehicle, a misdemeanor of the third degree.
(b) Whoever violates Section 662.05(d) is guilty of unlawful disposition of reclaimed junk motor vehicle, a misdemeanor of the third degree.
(c) Whoever violates Section 662.10(a) is guilty of unlawful removal of impounded property, a misdemeanor of the second degree.
(d) Whoever violates Section 662.10(b) is guilty of unlawful entry into an impounded motor vehicle, a misdemeanor of the third degree.
(e) The foregoing penalties are in addition to any other penalties or offenses provided by law.
