662.10 PROHIBITIONS.

(a) No person shall remove any impounded abandoned junk motor vehicle or personal property from such vehicle or from impoundment except in accordance with this chapter.

(b) No person shall enter an abandoned junk motor vehicle impounded by the City except in accordance with Section 662.08.
