1333.04   CONDITIONS FOR LICENSING.
   In order to qualify for a license in any or all of the fields specified in Section 1333.01, the applicant must meet the following conditions:
   (a)   The applicant shall make a nonrefundable deposit of fifty dollars ($50.00) together with an application to take an examination covering this Building Code or an application for the issuance of a license under the provisions of subsection (b) hereof.
   Any applicant who takes an exam to obtain a license must correctly answer seventy percent of the questions on a test covering this Building Code, and the general practice of plumbing and sewer work, heating and venting or electrical work.
   (b)   Any applicant who possesses a master plumbing or master electrical license shall not be required to take the utility code test for plumbing or electrical work. Any applicant who possesses a journeyman plumber's or electrician's license and who possesses a State license or a license from another Ohio city that follows State or national building codes and requires testing as a precondition to the issuance of such license shall not be required to take the utility code test for plumbing or electrical work. Upon presentation of proof of such licenses as aforesaid, the payment of the fifty dollar ($50.00) deposit required by subsection (a) hereof and the satisfaction of subsection (c) hereof, the applicant shall be issued a license from the City.
   (c)   The applicant shall show evidence of general liability insurance with a reputable firm in the amount of fifty thousand dollars ($50, 000) or the cost of the largest project in which the licensee might be expected to engage, whichever is more.
