When a final plat has been approved by the City and recorded, as provided in Section 1113.04, an amended final subdivision plat may be submitted to the City for approval under the following terms and conditions:
(a) The filing fee for an amended final subdivision plat shall be as established by Council and Section 1113.01(f) shall not apply to such amended plat.
(b) The subdivider shall not be required to comply with Section 1113.03.
(c) The amended final subdivision plat shall comply with Section 1113.04, and the subdivider shall follow that section in submitting the amended final subdivision plat to the City Development Commission and Council and in recording the plat, except for any reference to a preliminary plat.
