The list set forth in Attachment A immediately following the text of this chapter constitutes the official street tree species for the City. No species other than those included in the list may be planted as street trees without written permission of Willard, Ohio from the City Tree Commission. This list shall be reviewed and updated annually by the Tree Commission.
