959.01   FEES.
   Fees for the use of Willard Municipal park and ancillary facilities are as follows:

(a)   Shelter Reservations.
$30.00 all day reservation

(b)   Special Ballfield Reservation. Field available only when not scheduled for league play.

$75.00 rental hrs. - 7:30 - 11:00 p.m.
 
   City league teams are exempted from reservation fee after league entry fee has been paid.
   Field reserved on as-is basis only. Fields are available for independent weekend tournaments. The fee for teams that reserve the field for independent weekend tournaments shall be one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) per weekend for teams that play in the Willard City League (and are using the money for team functions) and two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) per weekend for teams that do not play in the Willard City League. The team that reserves the field shall maintain the field during the tournament. Such maintenance shall include lining the field after the first game, keeping the field area clean and other general maintenance. The City shall be responsible for dragging and lining the field for the first game only. For purposes of this section, a weekend is considered to be Saturday and Sunday. The teams that play in the Willard City League shall include men’s, women’s, church and co-ed leagues that have league games scheduled on the Willard City League fields. Under limited circumstances, the fee may be waived by the Recreation Director.
   (c)   Depot Reservations. $50.00/hour, $150.00/4 hours, $225.00/all day
         Depot must be reserved to be used.
      Public service groups are exempt with the approval of the Recreation Director or the City Manager, provided the depot has not been reserved.
   (d)   Aerobic Classes.
         4 weeks - $15.00
         8 weeks - $25.00
         Buying a ticket for a day-to-day basis:
         1-10 tickets - $2.25 each
         11-20 tickets - $2.00 each
   One ticket is required per visit for aerobic classes.
   (e)   Summer Programs.
         (1)   Swim team - $20.00 registration for member of pool, $35.00 registration fee for nonmember of pool
         (2)   Lunch with a bunch - $7.00 registration
         (3)   Bike hike - $4.00 fee per bike
         (4)   Dance - $2.00 fee per dance
         (5)   Adult walk - no charge
         (6)   Senior Wednesday fitness - no charge
         (7)   Volunteer group
         (8)   Festival in the Park (4 Day Festival):
            Food booth - $350.00; craft booth - $40.00
            - 10 x 10 space outside with 110 power;
            Friends of the Festival - $100.00
      Name will appear on sign thanking you for your support; Sponsor of the Day - $500
   Your donation will pay for the band that night and the sponsor will also have his or her name put on the Friends of the Festival Sign. Further, a banner will be put up with the sponsor’s name the day he or she sponsors.
Other Festival fees for sponsorships of entertainment may be approved by the City Manager and the Park Board.
         (9)   Kids hour, for kids ages three to ten. Tuesdays and Thursdays, with the commencement date to be announced by the City - $2.00 per night or $20.00 per season.
