Users of untreated water shall pay one-third of the water rates established under Section 925.01(a) for users of treated water inside the limits of the City. Water charges for untreated water users shall be calculated in the same manner used to calculate charges for treated water under Section 925.01(a), and then multiplied by one-third to arrive at the final monthly charge.
