755.01 EXEMPTION FROM LICENSING REQUIREMENT.

The provisions of Section 731.01 regarding the procurement of a license and payment of a license fee shall not apply to any garage sale, yard sale, porch sale or other private sale conducted by a resident of the City on his or her own property.
