§ 50.031 DEPOSIT UPON DISCONNECTION OF SERVICE.
   Upon the discontinuance of water service to any premises, the deposit required by § 50.030, or so much thereof as may be in excess of any charges against it as provided in § 50.030, shall be refunded to the depositor, his or her heirs, personal representatives or assigns, upon giving receipt therefor to the Town Treasurer.
