(A) No person shall park a non-electric vehicle in any designated electric vehicle charging location. In addition, an electric vehicle parked in a designated charging location must be connected to the charge port at all times. Upon disconnection, the vehicle must be moved.
(B) Electrical vehicle charging stations shall be posted with signage indicating the space is designated for electrical vehicle charging purposes only.
(C) Wilkesboro Town Administration shall have the authority to establish electric vehicle charging time limits at charging stations.
(D) Any person in violation of this section shall be subject to the penalties outlined in § 73.99.
