(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to permit any dog to be on the premises of any Town Park of the Town of Wilkesboro unless the dog is secured by a leash and accompanied by the person owning or keeping the dog.
(B) The activities regulated or prohibited under division (A) herein shall be enforceable only where signs are placed, erected or installed, giving notice that dogs on the premises of a town park shall be leashed. The number, form, placement and message content of the sign shall be approved by the Parks and Recreation Director of the Town of Wilkesboro to ensure that the public will have adequate notice of the conduct prohibited and regulated as set forth herein.
