§ 93.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person, firm or corporation who violates this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than $500, or imprisoned for not more than 30 days as provided by G.S. § 160A-175(b) and § 10.99 of the Wilkesboro Town Code.
   (C)   Further, § 93.03 may be enforced by injunction and order of abatement in the General Court of Justice and the Town of Wilkesboro may apply for a mandatory or prohibitory injunction and order of abatement commanding the defendant to correct the unlawful condition upon or cease the unlawful use of the property as provided by G.S. § 160A-175(e) and § 10.99 of the Wilkesboro Town Code.
   (D)   If any person, being the owner or keeper of dog or dogs for which an order of abatement has been issued, shall fail or refuse to abate the nuisance, he or she is guilty of a misdemeanor and punishable upon conviction by a fine not exceeding $500 or by imprisonment of not more than 30 days.
   (E)   Violation of this chapter shall be a Class 3 Misdemeanor as set forth in G.S. § 14-4(a).
   (F)   This chapter may be enforced by any 1, all, or a combination of the remedies authorized and prescribed herein, as provided by G.S. § 160A-175(f) and § 10.99 of the Wilkesboro Town Code.
   (G)   That each day’s continuing violation of this chapter shall be a separate and distinct offense as provided by G.S. § 160A-175(g) and § 10.99 of the Wilkesboro Town Code.
