§ 93.22 RUNNING AT LARGE.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person owning or keeping any bitch to knowingly permit her to run at large during the erotic stage of copulation.
   (B)   Dogs 6 months or more of age shall not be permitted to run at large without wearing a collar to which is attached a town dog license tag for the current year and a rabies vaccination tag showing current immunization from rabies.
