§ 93.06 RECKLESS RIDING AND DRIVING; HORSES AND MULES ON STREET.

No person shall ride or drive any horse or mule on the streets of the town at a reckless rate of speed or in any manner dangerous to persons or property; nor shall any person turn any horse or mule loose on the streets of the town.
