§ 93.04 MAINTENANCE OF PENS, COOPS AND THE LIKE.
   (A)   Each stable, pen, hutch, coop or other place wherein any animal or fowl is kept shall be maintained at all times in a clean, sanitary and unoffensive condition and shall conform to all the requirements of the Health Departments of the town, county and state.
   (B)   Any stable, pen, hutch, coop or other place wherein any animal or fowl is kept which becomes offensive to persons residing in the neighborhood or which becomes a menace to the public health is declared to constitute a nuisance and, as such, subject to abatement as provided by law. The provisions of this division are made applicable within the territory 1 mile beyond the town in all directions.
