§ 73.10 PARKING BACKED-UP TO CURB RESTRICTED.
   No person shall park a vehicle backed up to curb, except when actually loading or unloading, and then only at places where parking is not prohibited. If the vehicle be horse-drawn, the horse or horses shall stand parallel to the curb and face the direction of the traffic.
