(A) Any person who violates the provisions of § 130.02 shall be fined $25 for the first and second offense within a calendar year and $50 for the third or more offense within a calendar year.

(B) Any parent found to be in violation of § 130.03(B)(2), for whom there is no available defense to prosecution, shall be subject to a fine not to exceed $250 for each offense.
