171.19 MINIMUM WAGE.

As an employer in the State of Ohio, the City of Wickliffe shall pay each of its employees at a wage rate of not less than the higher of the minimum wage rate specified in Section 34a of Article II, Ohio Constitution or the federal minimum wage determined by the Wage and Hour Division of the U.S. Department of Labor. (Ord. 2015-25. Passed 5-11-15.)
