(a) The City of Wickliffe’s healthcare plan with prescription, dental, and vision coverage is available to all eligible full-time employees.
(b) Based on plan level, full-time employees will be responsible for all co-pay provisions and/or premiums concerning health, prescription, dental, and vision that are included in the healthcare plan.
(c) Employees’ contributions towards the healthcare plan premiums are to be made on a pre-tax basis.
(d) The City of Wickliffe shall pay from the General Fund the balance of all premiums for the single or family-dependent insurance program for all full-time employees.
