(a) An employee on a monthly salary shall be allowed compensation based on his monthly rate for the number of weeks and/or days vacation to which he is entitled.
(b) An employee on a daily rate basis shall be allowed compensation equal to his regular daily rate at the time of commencing his vacation, multiplied by the number of his regular weekly working days during the vacation to which he is entitled.
(c) An employee on an hourly rate basis shall be allowed compensation equal to his hourly rate multiplied by the number of regular working hours per week, multiplied by the number of vacation weeks to which he is entitled.
(d) All money due employees for vacation time will be paid on regular paydays.
