173.01 ELIGIBILITY.

   To be eligible for participation in the “Wickliffe Linked Deposit Program”, a borrower shall comply with the following:

   (a)   Locate and maintain within the City of Wickliffe, any and all business operations benefiting from participation in the “Wickliffe Linked Deposit Program”;

   (b)   Meet at least one Wickliffe Linked Deposit Program criteria;

   (c)   Conduct all benefiting business operations in compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws;

   (d)   Prohibit discrimination against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, religion, sex, age, handicap or national origin; and

   (e)   Timely prepare and deliver to the City such written reports as may be, from time to time, requested by the City to monitor the effectiveness of the “Wickliffe Linked Deposit Program.”
