The Building Commissioner is hereby empowered to make any other order not herein specifically provided for which in his judgment is appropriate or necessary to protect the City and to eliminate any condition that might adversely affect the lives and welfare of the inhabitants of the City, or the aesthetics of the City, or which, in his opinion, constitutes a nuisance.
If the orders or directives herein referred to are not promptly executed, the Building Commissioner is hereby directed to cause the object of such order or directive to be accomplished and the cost thereof paid from the cash deposit provided for in Section 1153.01.
The orders and directives herein referred to shall be final and no appeal may be had to any other person or body of this City.
