It shall be unlawful for any person to burn any trash, lumber, leaves, grass, straw, or other material of any kind upon, or to light or have a fire of any kind upon, or to allow any gasoline or petroleum products upon, or to place any dirt, trash, or any other kind of material upon any street, alley, or sidewalks in the city.
