§ 151.003 FENCES.
   No person shall hereafter construct, erect, or maintain, or cause to be constructed, erected, or maintained, in the city limits, any fences of any character or material closer to the inside sidewalk line than one foot, and no barbed wire shall be constructed in any fence within the city limits.
