§ 154.045 APPROVAL REQUIRED BEFORE RECORDING.
   No plat of a subdivision within the jurisdiction of the City Planning Board shall be accepted for record by the County Register of Deeds until final approval has been given by the City Planning Director. To obtain final plat approval, the subdivider shall generally follow the steps outlined in §§ 154.025 through 154.045.
