(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
(B) (1) Whoever violates any provision of §§ 50.01 through 50.14, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be fined not more than $500 or imprisoned not more than 15 days, or both.
(2) Whoever violates § 50.08(A) shall be fined not more $100 for each violation.

(C) Each violation of any provision of §§ 50.25 through 50.27 is a misdemeanor, punishable by a fine of no less than $50, not more than $200.
