§ 50.27  RESERVATION OF RIGHTS.
   The city or its designated agent, reserves the right to refuse to collect or accept yard waste to be disposed at any facility operated by the city, for the benefit of the city. The city reserves the right to terminate the privilege of any resident of the city if they violate this subchapter.
