§ 73.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 70.99.

   (B)   Any person violating the provisions of §§ 73.19 or 73.20 shall be fined not more than $100 or imprisoned not more than ten days, or both; upon a second conviction within one year thereafter, shall be fined not more than $200 or imprisoned not more than 20 days, or both; and upon a third or subsequent conviction, shall be fined not more than $500 or imprisoned not more than 30 days, or both.

   (C)   Any person who violates the provisions of § 73.33 shall be fined not more than $200.

   (D)   (1)   Any person who violates the provisions of § 73.34 shall be fined $25. No court costs or other fees may be assessed for a violation of this section.
      (2)   Enforcement of § 73.34 shall be accomplished as a primary action.

   (E)   Any person violating any of the provisions of § 73.35 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction of the same, shall be punished with a fine up to $250 for the first offense and up to $500 for a second offense.
