§ 51.07 AIDING AND ABETTING UNAUTHORIZED TAKING OF WATER FROM HYDRANTS OR FIXTURES.

All persons are strictly prohibited from aiding and abetting the taking of water from town hydrants or town infrastructure by another person unless such other person has secured a permit from the Clerk-Treasurer.
