Any person, firm or corporation who violates any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be fined $100 per day for each day the violation continues. The town may seek appropriate injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction and if the relief is granted, the town shall be entitled to recover all court costs and reasonable attorney fees incurred in enforcing the provisions of this chapter. The remedy for violation shall be cumulative of any other remedy to which the town may be entitled at law or equity.
