§ 51.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Anyone violating § 51.29 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined $500 and/or imprisoned for a term not to exceed 30 days.  Each day that a violation continues to exist shall be considered a separate offense.

   (C)   (1)   The violation of any provision of §§ 51.40et seq. shall subject the offender to a civil penalty in the amount of $50, to be recovered by the town.  Violators shall be issued a written citation, which must be paid within 72 hours.
      (2)   Each day’s continuing violation of §§ 51.40et seq. shall be a separate and distinct offense.
      (3)   Notwithstanding division (C)(1) above, §§ 51.40et seq. may also be enforced by appropriate equitable remedies issuing from a court of competent jurisdiction.
