(A) A common water connection, sewer connection and/or meter will be permitted to serve more than one building of the following categories:
(1) Unit ownership (condominium developments); and
(2) Hotels and motels.
(B) Provided, when real property is or becomes separately owned within any of the categories listed in division (A) above, a common meter shall be permitted only when the separate owners of the real estate designate in writing a single person or entity to be responsible for payment of all water and sewer charges. This designation must be on file with the Town of White Lake.
