§ 130.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person in violation of § 130.03(K) shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and may be punished by a fine that may be greater than $50 but not exceeding $500 or imprisoned for not more than 30 days.
