The following acts are specifically declared to be loud, disturbing, and unnecessary noises in violation of §§ 130.01 et seq., but the enumeration shall not be deemed to be exclusive:
(A) The use of any gong or siren upon any vehicle, other than police, fire, or other emergency vehicles;
(B) The sounding of any horn or signal device on any automobile, motorcycle, bus, or other vehicle while not in motion, except as a danger signal or, if in motion, only as a danger signal after or as brakes are being applied and deceleration of the vehicle is intended; the creation by means of any signal device of any unreasonably loud or harsh sounds; and the sounding of a device for an unnecessary and unreasonable period of time;
(C) The owning, keeping and having in possession, or harboring any animal or bird which, by frequent or habitual howling, yelping, barking, or otherwise, shall cause loud noises and produce serious annoyance or disturbance to any person or to the neighborhood;
(D) The conducting, operating, or maintaining of any garage or filling station in any residential area so as to cause loud or offensive noises to be emitted therefrom between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. on weekdays or on Sundays;
(E) The using or operating on or over any street or road within the town, or on or over the waters of White Lake, of any radio, phonograph, or other similar mechanical device to produce sound, or any mechanical loudspeaker or other sound-magnifying device on any motor vehicle, airplane, or other conveyance or stand, for advertising or other purposes, at a power output level of volume greater than ten watts or 32 decibels; and any operation shall be unlawful unless the loudspeaker or other mechanical sound-magnifying device shall be equipped with a meter by which the power output can be registered and determined so that the volume may be limited in accordance with the restrictions hereinbefore specified;
(F) The using or operating within or over the town any mechanical loudspeaker for advertising or other purposes, at a power output level of volume greater than ten watts or 32 decibels; and any operation shall be unlawful unless the loudspeaker shall be equipped with a meter by which the power output can be registered and determined so that the volume may be limited in accordance with the restrictions hereinbefore specified;
(G) The playing of any radio, phonograph, or other musical instrument in a manner or with volume so as to annoy or disturb the quiet, comfort, or repose of any person in any dwelling, hotel, or other type of residence;
(H) The creation of excessive noise by the operation of an airplane over the town by stunting, diving, or otherwise operating airplanes for the purpose of advertising or otherwise;
(I) The use of any automobile, motorcycle, or other vehicle so out of repair, so loaded, or in a manner so as to cause loud or offensive noises to be emitted therefrom between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.;
(J) The discharging of firecrackers or any other explosives in the streets or elsewhere for the purpose of making noise or disturbance; and/or
(K) It shall be unlawful for any person, on any of the public streets, boulevards, beaches, alleys, parks, sidewalks, public buildings, or other public places within the town, and in the hearing of two or more persons, in a loud and boisterous manner, use indecent or profane language.
