§ 94.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is provided shall be subject to the terms of § 10.99.
   (B)   If any person shall violate § 94.02, he or she shall be responsible for an infraction and shall be required to pay a maximum fine of $100.
