(A) No person on skateboards or similar devices shall go upon any municipal property, sidewalk or roadway, other than a street set aside as a play street, unless it be while crossing a street at a crosswalk or intersection.
(B) If any person shall violate this section, he or she shall be responsible for an infraction and shall be subject to the provisions of § 94.99.
