311.04 DAMAGE TO CURB, SIDEWALK OR STREET.
(a) No person shall drive a vehicle over, into or against any curbing, sidewalk, street or public roadway or danger signal or warning sign or standard thereof along any street or public roadway, thereby cracking, breaking or otherwise injuring the same and no person shall crack or break or otherwise deface the same by driving upon, unloading or throwing upon the same in a hasty manner, rough or careless manner, any stone, iron, building material or other heavy body or substance.

(b) Whoever violates any provision of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense; on a second offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree; on each subsequent offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
