304.03 ABANDONMENT.

(a) No person shall leave any partially dismantled, nonoperating, wrecked or junked vehicle on any street or highway within the City or on any property within the City without first obtaining the consent of the owner of the property or the person in charge of the property.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. (Ord. 19-75. Passed 7-1-75.)
