171.08 FEES AND COSTS.

   (a)   The Mayor shall, by rule, establish a schedule of fees and costs for the filing, maintenance of and subsequent appeals from the Mayor's Court of the City.

   (b)   The Mayor is hereby authorized to delineate a schedule of fees and costs for all causes of action filed with, maintained in and appealed from the Mayor's Court.

   (c)   The publication of the schedule of fines and costs as posted by the Clerk of the Mayor's Court shall be notice to all concerned for all purposes.

   (d)   The Mayor may, by written rule at his discretion, add to, delete from or amend the schedule of fees and costs as he deems appropriate for the efficient management of said Court.

   (e)   The Mayor may, at his discretion or at the discretion of one sitting by assignment as a Magistrate of the Court, waive the fees and costs for good cause shown, provided a record is maintained for accounting purposes.
