171.02 CAFETERIA SYSTEM OF FINE PAYMENT AUTHORIZED.

The Mayor is hereby authorized and empowered to establish in the Mayor's Court a cafeteria system for the payment of fines for traffic violations as are specified by the Court, whereby the accused may, if he so elects, appoint the Police Chief or his substitute, to enter an appearance and a plea of guilty in behalf of the accused upon the payment of a fine which shall be established by the Court for certain specified traffic violations.
