161.36 SALARIES OF COUNCIL.

(a) Effective as of January 1, 2024, the annual salary of Council members is hereby fixed to be seven thousand dollars ($7,000) payable in bi-weekly installments.

This subsection (a) shall go into full force and effect on January 1, 2024, for successful candidates whose terms commence on that date and on January 1, 2026, for those successful candidates whose terms commence on that date.

(b) Effective as of January 1, 2024, the annual salary of the President of Council is hereby fixed to be fourteen thousand dollars ($14,000) payable in bi-weekly installments.
